Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional care services to individuals with disabilities.

  • Provide person-centred care to assist customers in achieving their goals and aspirations.
  • Contribute information for the development of customer support plans, ensuring tailored and effective solutions.
  • Offer support with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other requirements as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records on a daily basis, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency.
  • Foster professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders, promoting collaboration and open communication.

Qualifications:

  • Cert 3 or 4 in disability, Individual support, Aged Care, or Nursing.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in the disability, aged care, or nursing sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
