About the Role

The Scots College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior School Leader to join our team. As the Head of Senior School, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and supervision to the Senior School, which consists of approximately 600 boys from Year 10-12.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall quality and experience of boys and parents of the Senior School campus.
  • Lead the Senior School leadership team and work closely with the College Executive to design and implement academic, pastoral, sporting, and co-curricular programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achieve the College's goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Manage and develop the Senior School budget and resources.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Education and NESA Accreditation.
