About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Services professional to join our team. This is a leadership role that offers opportunities for growth and development, with a strong focus on advisory services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client portfolios, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality advisory services. They will also have experience leading teams, providing guidance and mentorship, and reviewing work.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Lead strategic discussions and deliver high-quality advisory services
  • Oversee a team and provide guidance, mentorship, and review of work
  • Review and manage complex financial statements, tax returns, and consolidations
  • Advise on tax planning and structuring
  • Manage workflow, budgets, and deadlines for client engagements
  • Support business development and build your professional network
  • Drive process improvements and bring fresh ideas to the table
What We're Looking For
  • CA/CPA qualified with proven public practice experience
  • Strong technical skills across compliance and advisory
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in clients' businesses
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Developing leadership experience with the ability to mentor juniors
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong digital skills (MS Office, Xero, cloud accounting platforms)
