Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will provide critical support to project managers and clients by delivering high-quality projects, estimates, and project control information. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing bids and contract schedules
  • Maintaining continuous improvement and recommending corrective action
  • Compiling agreements and project estimates
  • Monitoring financial performance against estimates

To be successful in this position, you will have a solid background in project management, including certification or evidence of working towards it. You should have a broad range of experience, including on-the-job practice in engineering design/engineering construction/project management. Considerable experience in using project management software packages is also required.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Certification in Project Management
  • A wide range of experience in project management
  • Experience in using project management software packages
  • An understanding of cost and schedule control
  • The ability to evaluate and assimilate information from various sources
  • Capability in innovative and lateral thinking
  • Strong reporting skills
