Corporate Systems Support Officer

The Corporate Systems Support Officer role is a critical position within our team, responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and enable the team to focus on core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the project team, including handling valuable tasks and ensuring efficient operations.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date team filing and administration systems, ensuring seamless access to information.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, participating in team discussions, and drafting and circulating meeting minutes.
- Support the team in ensuring they have the necessary information to perform their duties effectively.
- 2-3 years' experience working in a similar administrative support role.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate experience in hands-on resource management and well-developed communication skills.
- Demonstrate competency in SharePoint and Confluence, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design and development.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check, and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
