Training Systems Officer

The Australian Defence Force is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Systems Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Defence Training Systems team, you will be responsible for the education, training, and development of Navy personnel to ensure they are qualified and job-ready.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and evaluate training solutions and processes to meet operational capability requirements.
- Facilitate the training and development of instructors to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise.
- Establish and manage corporate governance functions for Defence training systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify individual competency needs and develop training plans to meet operational requirements.
- Design and develop training and workplace assessment processes to support capital equipment acquisition projects.
- Administer training and assessment systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide consultancy services on education and training to support Defence capability development.
- Evaluate training and workplace assessment processes to ensure they are effective and efficient.
