  • Complete Stock and VM Maintenance Tasks Including Adjustments, Pullbacks, and Stocktake in a Timely Manner
  • Ensure Faulty Product, Returns, and Pullbacks are Completed Accurately and Efficiently
  • Responsible for Back-of-House Organization, Tidiness, and Ensuring All Inventory has an Intentional Home
  • Complete Open and Close Duties with Accuracy and Ensure Others Do the Same
  • Ensure the Store is Clean, Tidy, Priced, and Full
  • Be a Product Expert Across Our Entire Range of Fabrics, Fits, and Styles
  • Review and Understand Store KPIs on a Daily and Weekly Basis and Continue to Drive Performance Improvement Every Day
