We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the hotel on a local and national level, securing new business and retaining existing accounts while maximising revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitor activities. They will also be proficient in designing and executing sales strategies that align with the overall business goals.
- Lead and execute the sales strategy to grow revenue and visibility.
- Set and track ambitious sales targets and use market insights to uncover new opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with key travel industry partners and corporate clients.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the hotels or related service industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM platforms and their application in managing customer data, enhancing customer engagement, and tracking sales team performance is essential.
