We are dedicated to delivering high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner with our team, you will be part of a professional and diverse group of individuals working towards a common goal: enhancing the lives of those we support.

The Role

You will be working closely with our team to provide innovative, person-centered, and value-based quality services to our customers. This will involve collaborating with our Behaviour Support and Allied Health Practitioners to develop and implement support plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating group sessions, training, coaching, and mentoring to deliver strength-based and person-centered services.
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the highest quality of support is provided.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement support plans that cater to the diverse needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS (Proficient level).
  • A positive and contemporary attitude, with a commitment to maximising the quality of life for people with disabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proven track record in delivering strength-based and person-centered services.
