Key Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment bookings and patient enquiries efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of merchandising and creative displays.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a bright, friendly demeanor.
  • Exceptional patient service skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Proficiency in managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge, including frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
  • Sales skills for optical products.
