This role involves the management of information and records, ensuring that data quality meets regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with Electronic Records Management technologies and information classification schemes including their development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Skilled system administration in an Electronic Document and Records Management System environment and integrated corporate systems.
- Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally as well as possessing a high level of reading and comprehension of technical documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive stakeholder engagement and consultation across the organisation to ensure accurate and reliable data is maintained.
- Providing responsive support to end users by implementing proactive solutions to meet business needs.
- Communicating effectively with employees, vendors, and representatives of other agencies.
- Developing and delivering training courses on information management best practices.
The successful candidate will require strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
