The role of Senior Associate is available within our Dispute Resolution and Restructuring team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients in complex commercial disputes, class actions, and restructuring matters.
Our team has the depth of experience and accomplishment to advise and represent clients in all matters associated with complex commercial disputes. We focus on providing commercially pragmatic advice that promotes early resolution while protecting our clients' interests.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate across a range of matters in commercial litigation (restructuring experience valued but not essential).
- Relevant experience in a top-tier or leading international law firm (preferred).
- A strong client service focus;
- A commitment to high standards including strong drafting and commercial skills;
- Business development aptitude, interest, and experience;
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills;
- An ability to develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships;
