This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting positive outcomes for staff across the organisation.
About You- Operational HR experience, including payroll is required.
- A strong knowledge of awards, legislation, and compliance frameworks is necessary.
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability is also required.
- Local Government experience (desirable).
- A current driver's licence and willingness to live and work in a regional location are must-haves.
The successful candidate will receive:
- $100k salary + super.
- 5% leave loading.
