
Human Resource Information Systems Administrator

Experienced professionals in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) administration are sought to join a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in HRIS design and operation, with a focus on ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industrial agreements.
A strong analytical mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing HRIS systems that meet organizational needs
- Liaising with vendors to manage system configuration and updates
- Auditing data integrity and system accuracy through regular testing
- Recommending improvements to payroll and HR practices
- Educating teams on best practices and system usage
Mandatory criteria include:
- Extensive experience in HRIS system administration
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, ITS, Business or another relevant field highly regarded
- Current paid Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
- Current driver's licence
