Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist to become an integral part of our team on a full-time basis, working across various clinical settings.
As a Radiation Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality and efficient radiotherapy treatments and planning activities. This role is clinical in nature and plays a vital part in ensuring effective radiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct radiation therapy planning and treatment tasks, along with related duties.
- Foster and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.
- Ensure the accurate execution of all radiation therapy protocols and procedures.
- Manage all administrative and documentation tasks professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven technical proficiency in all aspects of radiotherapy, including treatment, simulation, and planning, with a solid understanding of modern radiotherapy techniques.
- Experience with the Monaco Treatment Planning System.
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills.
- In-depth knowledge of radiotherapy and related healthcare services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Radiation Therapy).
- Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
