Human Resources Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR. If you have experience in recruitment, administration, or HR and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
  • Support the development of recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and advertising roles.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and induction process for new team members.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably within the not-for-profit sector. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using HR information systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment support: Drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, coordinating interviews.
  • Onboarding and induction: Assisting new team members.
  • HR record maintenance: Accurate records and reporting.
  • Training and development: Opportunities for staff.
