About the Role:

As Director of Sales, you will spearhead revenue growth and market expansion at Moxy Sydney Airport, a vibrant hotel brand under Marriott International.

With a focus on corporate clients, group bookings, and individual travelers, you will lead a passionate sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar upscale or lifestyle hotel environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation.
