This role is an Australia-based, fully remote position, offering access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement risk management strategies, frameworks, and processes to meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, recommend solutions, and implement tools to centralise and streamline risk management across the organisation.
  • - Provide actionable insights to senior management on risk trends, emerging threats, and mitigation strategies to support decision-making.
  • - Prepare detailed risk reports for senior leadership and regulators, while developing dashboards to monitor and measure risk effectively.
  • - Lead risk training initiatives, enhance employee awareness, and foster a positive risk culture throughout the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business, or related field (Master's or certifications like CRMP, FRM preferred).
  • - 10+ years of risk management experience in regulated industries, ideally pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or insurance.
  • - Proficiency with risk management tools and software is advantageous.
  • Key Competencies:
  • - Strategic thinker with a proactive risk management approach.
  • - Effective team player in multidisciplinary and fast-paced environments.
  • - Skilled in conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • - Strong project management and coordination abilities.
