Conference & Events Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Conference & Events Supervisor. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of banquets and special events within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement event strategies.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate event staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive event experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve event planning and execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful events and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- RSA Certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential.
- Australian Working Rights.
