Job Title: Chief Tax Strategy Officer

Tax Leadership Opportunity

As a highly skilled and experienced tax professional, you will play a key role in shaping our global tax strategy. You will oversee global tax planning, lead R&D tax credit claims, and collaborate with teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective global tax planning strategies.
  • Lead R&D tax credit claims and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage income tax calculation and tax-effect accounting.
  • Ensure tax compliance (including sales tax, fringe benefit tax) and governance in each territory we operate.
  • Assist with M&A tax-related activities.

  • Extensive experience in tax working in high-growth companies operating globally in the technology or SaaS sector.
