Early Years Educator Opportunity

As an enthusiastic educator, you will partner with your team to deliver engaging programs for children, maximizing opportunities for them to develop to their full potential.

You will build trust with families by respecting diversity and connecting to individual cultural needs, working in partnership with parents to encourage their involvement in the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contributing to a child-safe environment, ensuring standards are met on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
  • Current Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
  • Sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards
