Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to support our business operations in Sydney.

This role is responsible for ensuring all employees are fully compliant, engaged, informed, and aligned through training requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support across all training needs.
  • Action tasks related to employee training and compliance life cycle.
  • Manage training calendars, office room bookings, arrange equipment, and coordinate Trainer availability.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to enable a seamless service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Available Monday to Friday for 38 hours per week.
  • Previous experience in coordinating, preparing, and delivering training.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Training role.
  • Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and suppliers in high-volume environments.
