Job Title: Data Strategy Specialist

As a seasoned Data Strategy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's data-driven decision making process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies to drive business growth and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Lead the technical execution of new data integration initiatives, leveraging expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data security best practices.
  • Analyze and assess existing data warehouse architectures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and warehousing, applying knowledge to inform business strategy and drive innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in a Technology Leadership role, with a strong background in database systems and SQL Server expertise.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and implementing data governance frameworks, data mapping, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
