Main Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and Validate Requirements: Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and validate high-quality business, functional, and technical requirements.
  2. Translate Complex Needs: Convert complex business needs into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
  3. Support Agile Product Delivery: Manage backlog, scope requirements, and ensure robust testing for agile product delivery.
  4. Solution Design and Implementation: Assist in solution design, project walkthroughs, and implementation phases, fostering strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments, proficiency in process mapping, agile story writing, SQL, and various technologies.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
