We've partnered with a pioneering fintech start-up in Sydney to fill an IT Support Analyst position. This role is critical to the company's success and requires someone with strong technical skills and business acumen.

The responsibilities include providing end-user support to 45 personnel, responding to requests through JIRA, and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 systems and applications. You'll also be responsible for setting up and supporting Windows and Mac devices, including MS Intune & Autopilot, and supporting and provisioning user access with EntraID.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their IT skills in a fast-paced environment or expand their expertise into business analysis. To succeed, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices
  • A proven ability in Level 1 & 2 support of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, EntraID, and Intune/Autopilot
  • Experience working as part of a small team
  • Previous experience working with JIRA ticketing system or equivalent
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
  • Relevant IT certifications or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience in business operations or analysis is a plus
