Fruit and Vegetable Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fruit and Vegetable Team Leader to join our team at Hill Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Fruit and Vegetable department, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage and maintain a high-quality Fruit and Vegetable department, ensuring stock levels, displays, and merchandising are always up to date
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Fruit and Vegetable retail environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
  • Physical fitness for lifting and standing, with the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
