About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turf Renovations Team Leader to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering top-quality turf renovations across a major mowing contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of turf renovation specialists in delivering high-quality results
  • Operate trucks and tractor-driven renovation equipment with precision and care
  • Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting client expectations
  • Collaborate with the operations management team to develop and implement effective renovation strategies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A general understanding of operating machinery and a valid MR Licence
  • Experience operating tractors with 3-point linkage attachments (aerators, scarifiers, spreaders etc)
  • Working with children and a willingness to obtain any necessary certifications
  • A White card and a valid Manual Driver's licence
