Job Role

This is an exciting career opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our organisation as an integral member of the Schools Human Resources Division.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and across various areas, including briefs, correspondence, and critical documents.
  • Contribute towards the provision of strategic support across operational activities, ensuring quality assured and coordinated documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of HR policies and projects, providing support to divisional branches.
  • Liaise with relevant areas within the organisation to ensure accurate and timely advice is provided to senior leadership teams.
  • Support stakeholder management initiatives for the division's Client Engagement Unit.
About You
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with sound experience planning, prioritising, and responding quickly to changes.
  • Well-developed written communication skills, reviewing documents with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
  • Solid knowledge of processes, policies, and procedures within the public sector.
