We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing the entire production schedule of seasonal, monthly and additional orders. The successful candidate will work closely with relevant teams to ensure seasonal timelines are maintained according to the company-wide critical path. This includes managing multiple seasons simultaneously, communicating potential issues to stakeholders promptly and ensuring quality products are delivered within the expected price architecture.
The Production Manager will also oversee relationships between Garment Technicians and Product Teams to ensure technical specifications are clear and measurement requests are consistent. Additionally, they will attend production fit sessions to monitor progress and ensure timely processing of pre-production and shipment sample comments.
In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating with local and offshore manufacturers to improve production costs and margins. You will also manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including negotiations and logistics.
Requirements- Extensive production management experience – minimum 7–10 years in fashion or apparel industries.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
