Senior NDIS Support Coordinator

As a Senior NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing NDIS operations and day-to-day management, ensuring high standards and effective support arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Develop and implement individualised support plans, assisting participants with plan comprehension and choice of support options, while liaising with families and stakeholders.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow the NDIS business, identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for NDIS participants and providers, managing inquiries professionally and maintaining positive relationships.
- Financial Management: Ensure accurate billing, cash collection, and timely debt collection for patient services, while reviewing and reporting on NDIS service performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure efficient support delivery systems and maintain the company's quality framework, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- IT Support: Maintain accurate patient files in compliance with NDIS guidelines and report IT issues to the Support Centre.
- Health and Safety: Ensure workplace health, safety, and welfare by adhering to company policies, conducting risk assessments, developing safeguard strategies, and promptly reporting hazards.
- Provide empathetic and energetic service with professionalism.
- Foster teamwork, maintaining trust and integrity.
- Possess strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- 2+ years' experience in NDIS Support Coordination.
- Hold relevant qualifications and pass compliance checks.
- Willingness to travel as required.
