Annangrove Preschool Kindergarten is seeking qualified educators to collaborate with the Director-Nominated Supervisor in managing the service effectively.

This position would be suitable for someone who desires to advance their career and take on new leadership roles in the future.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Child Protection Knowledge
  • Early Childhood Qualification (Cert 3, Diploma, ECT or working towards)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Early Childhood industry

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  2. Deep understanding of National Law and Regulations
  3. Ability to delegate and guide staff members effectively
  4. Reporting any concerns or issues to the Director
  5. Maintaining effective communication with parents and staff
  6. Ensuring child safety and well-being at all times
  7. Providing coaching and mentoring to team members through Educational Leadership
  8. Fostering ongoing, professional, and timely communication between the centre and families
  9. Taking personal responsibility for modeling and driving organisational values and leadership practices
  10. Safeguarding and upholding the values and philosophy of the organisation
