Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and guiding a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs

  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Diploma qualification in Children's Services or a related field
  • Proven experience working with young children (0-5 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and guide a team of educators
