We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational programs for young children.
You will lead your own room, mentoring and guiding a team of Educators to deliver engaging and challenging learning experiences. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement teaching practices that meet the unique needs of all children.
Your commitment to safety and inclusivity is essential, ensuring every child feels valued and respected. You will be responsible for observing, reporting, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.
About the Position- This is a full-time role, 38 hours per week, with flexible shift arrangements to promote work-life balance.
