We are seeking an experienced strategic talent leader to join our organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective human capital management.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in retail stores, supply chain/DC, and head office roles.
  • Partner with senior leaders and line managers to provide HR support and guidance on organizational design, performance management, engagement, and change management.
  • Design and implement employer branding campaigns, EVP, and onboarding programs to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with modern awards, workplace health and safety, and employment relations laws; advise on employee relations matters.
  • Diagnose skill gaps and launch frontline leadership development programs and scalable onboarding for high-volume environments.
  • Monitor talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover) and use HRIS/ATS to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Refresh policies that balance pace with governance.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance engagement, career progression, and long-term retention of top talent.
  • Partner with country managers, retail/operations, supply chain, and finance to align people plans with commercial outcomes.

Requirements

">
  • 5+ years in HR leadership and/or talent acquisition leadership, ideally within Retail, FMCG or Consumer Sectors.
  • Proven success in building and executing talent strategies, supporting both frontline operations and fast-scaling head office teams.
  • Strong HR generalist knowledge including employment relations, compliance, and workplace health and safety.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at SLT level.
  • Commercial acumen with experience linking workforce planning to business performance.
  • Hands-on, proactive style with the ability to scale people and recruitment frameworks.
