**The Opportunity**

Based in the heart of Sydney CBD and with high WFH flexibility, they are seeking a Head of Talent on a 6-month fixed term basis.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will manage a supportive, warm and hardworking Talent team. Responsible for supporting an ongoing Talent Acquisition transformation, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business in delivering key projects, implementations and people-initiatives across Talent Acquisition.

**The Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent in the industry
- Focus on Talent Acquisition transformation, setting up governess, structure and processes to align with global teams and processes.
- Transformation of the recruitment function - audit across the end to end cycle whilst prioritising key areas of focus.
- Leading a team of 7 direct reports and 4 indirect reports and supporting the wider business with a recent restructure

An experienced Head of Talent ideally with a background in both a global and technological organisation. This role will require project management and change management skills which will see you succeed in this role.
- Experience working within a global matrix environment highly desirable
- Experience managing people transformation projects and change management highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills essential
