Wine Production Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our wine production team.

Our team is responsible for crafting premium wines from estate vineyards throughout the Clare Valley. We pride ourselves on using traditional hands-on winemaking techniques to produce modern and vibrant wines.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our winemakers and participate in all aspects of wine production, from crushing through to barrel room.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have Australian working rights/visa for the entire duration of the harvest. Previous vintage/harvest cellar experience is highly desirable.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A positive 'can-do' attitude towards work and a keen attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team
  • The ability to work as part of a small team but also independently when required
  • Variable shift hours, including 10+ hour shifts 6 days a week
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift 15-20kg, safely carry hoses, move barrels, plunge red ferments etc.
  • A valid driver's license
  • A passion for the wine industry and a good sense of humour
