  • Collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales targets and KPIs, always exhibiting a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advocate for education and empower store team members with knowledge sharing and product coaching.

Requirements
  • You have previous experience in a customer-facing role and a track record of creating memorable customer experiences.
  • You are a wealth of knowledge in the world of wine and are driven to continue your learning journey and support others in their discovery.
  • You are an imaginative storyteller and all of your interactions exude enthusiasm and authenticity.
  • You have successfully completed WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry experience.
  • You are available to work in peak customer hours.
  • You are connected to the wine community and take pride in representing yourself and your business at industry days and events.
