This is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives as a Positive Behaviour Support Allied Health practitioner.
- We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to work under the guidance of our highly qualified Allied Health professionals.
- The role involves carrying out duties that complement the therapy program of a participant, enabling them to develop greater independence and reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work autonomously. They will also possess a valid driver's license, have access to their own vehicle, and hold working rights in Australia.

Key ResponsibilitiesFace-to-Face and Non-Face-to-Face Tasks:
- To carry out tasks that bring life-changing experiences to participants in their home or community environment.
Working with Participants:
- To engage participants using your empathetic nature, model components of a new routine or skill, and provide prompting when needed.
Scope of Practice:
- To respect the boundaries of a habit coach and that of a therapist while working within the scope of the role.
Other Requirements:
- To attend team meetings on Wednesday mornings, which are essential for collaboration and communication.
