Payroll and Compensation Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the timely and accurate payment of our employees.
The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including HR and Finance teams, to ensure seamless payroll processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate data is provided to our outsourced provider on a regular basis in line with established schedules.
- Verify that business stakeholders adhere to agreed-upon deadlines for payroll submissions.
- Upload payment files to the bank for each payroll period, as well as ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Provide support to local HR teams with complex payroll queries, such as those related to specific deductions, tax codes, national insurance/social security deductions, etc.
- Collaborate with other areas in Finance to deliver accounting and payroll services.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar compensation position, encompassing end-to-end payroll processing.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in managing multiple EMEA and/or APAC payrolls.
- Proven ability to handle and maintain vendor relationships or experience working within a vendor environment.
- Experience in developing and maintaining documented procedures for payroll processes.
- Able to work efficiently in high-volume roles while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
