  • Manage reinsurance arrangements and ensure alignment with risk appetite and governance frameworks.

  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead transformation programs to drive business change and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver better customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure data and reporting tools are used to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
