Senior Payroll Manager Lead

This role is a pivotal part of our payroll operations, requiring a deep understanding of complex systems and legislation.
You will lead high-performing teams with a focus on collaboration, service excellence, and accountability.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing HR/Payroll functions within complex organisational structures.
- Advanced proficiency in HR and Payroll, including extensive knowledge and experience in HR administration, managing complex payroll operations, modern awards, enterprise agreements, superannuation, PAYG, Workcover, payroll tax legislation, and salary packaging processes.
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by a track record of managing cohesive teams. Experience in successfully managing performance and driving cultural change is essential.
- Established ability to ensure the effective, accurate, and timely management of daily Payroll Services functions.
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying, developing, and implementing consistent and efficient process improvements.
- Extensive experience in managing HR system projects, including scope mapping, blueprint development, and implementing transformational change.
- Proven ability to establish successful professional relationships and effectively influence stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Highly developed skills in written and verbal communication, including drafting clear business procedures and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
