Job Title

A leadership position within a school, coordinating and managing the accurate and compliant delivery of end-to-end payroll services.

Role Description

The Lead Payroll Officer is responsible for overseeing the accurate and compliant delivery of payroll services. This includes end-to-end payroll operations ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and providing guidance to team members. The role also drives a culture of continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in accounting and/or business with advanced excel skills, extensive experience leading an end-to-end payroll function, and demonstrated experience in mid-level to senior staff management roles.

Requirements
