About the Role

This is a vital position that plays a key role in shaping the future of our organisation's payroll processes. As a Payroll Systems Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategic management objectives, providing guidance and support to your team, and ensuring that our systems and manual controls are maintained to support internal and external audits.

  • Implement and execute strategic management objectives
  • Provide management, guidance, support and training for the Payroll Systems team
  • Ensure system and manual controls are maintained to support internal and external audits
  • Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have exposure to SAP or other large payroll software products, proven experience leading teams and enhancing performance, thorough knowledge of administration and implementation of payroll systems, and understanding of utilising payroll database software.
