About the Role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR advisory matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, investigations, and award interpretation
  • Support key HR projects, such as EA negotiations and payroll transitions
  • Manage talent plans and assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Perform a variety of HR-related tasks with flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR position
  • Industrial relations expertise in Australia, particularly with awards and enterprise agreements
  • Solid employee relations experience, including managing complex investigations from start to finish with proper documentation
