Overview

Team Leader Drainage Construction role at City of Gosnells. The City is seeking an experienced team leader to guide the stormwater drainage crew and lead civil works in the Engineering Construction Team. The role delivers the City's annual stormwater drainage program and supports essential infrastructure for the community.



Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the stormwater drainage crew within the Engineering Works team.
  • Operate major construction plant, including backhoes and excavators.
  • Contribute to delivering the City\'s annual stormwater drainage program to support the community.


What We Are Looking For
  • Sound knowledge of civil infrastructure construction practices, particularly drainage works.
  • Experience operating construction plant, primarily a backhoe or excavator.
  • Knowledge of engineering construction techniques and standards.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead the drainage construction team.
  • The ability to operate safely adjacent to public utilities.


Essential Requirements
  • Current MR class driver's licence
  • White Card
  • Operators certificate
  • Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) – note: not essential to apply but may be required at a later stage as an appointment condition.
