About this position

This role will contribute to developing efficient Human Resources services.

You will work with a team of experienced HR practitioners and support projects across disciplines including Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Selection, and Learning and Development.

To be successful, you must demonstrate:

  • A strong background in delivering Human Resources services.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High-level planning and organisational skills.
  • The ability to coordinate your workload independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with colleagues and influencing positive outcomes.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent, and/or substantial relevant experience.
