Key Responsibilities

  • Personalized Service: Provide efficient, attentive service to guests in accordance with high standards.
  • Food and Beverage Standards: Ensure all served items meet our rigorous standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Guest Engagement: Initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and ensure satisfaction.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Promote a healthy working relationship with all departments to communicate information for the best interests of guests and hotel operations.
  • Kitchen Liaison: Liaise with the kitchen brigade to ensure timely service and delivery of quality food and beverages.
  • Mise-en-Place: Complete mise-en-place prior to guests' arrival to maintain a seamless dining experience.
  • Presentation: Maintain the presentation of food and beverage to a high luxury standard.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as requested by your supervisor or manager.
