Facilities Operations Manager

The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for managing all facilities-related concerns and supporting the management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage facility issues, including property leasing agreements and maintenance services.
- Coordinate construction projects, utility services, and surveillance cleaning groups.
- Oversee internal facility operations, office setup or relocation projects, and administrative support.
- Coordinate with external vendors for agreements and contracts.
- Manage office supplies and materials, including key account management for IT services.
- Provide technical support and consulting services.
- Maintain corporate branding and identity.
- Manage uniforms and equipment, including ordering and inventory management.
- Arrange travel bookings and coordinate AIG-Travel insurance.
- Organize events and activities for customers and staff.
- Support the Concierge team with customer and visitor interactions.
- Assist the GM and Senior Leadership Team with administrative duties.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in facilities management and operations.
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
- Proficient in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good technical knowledge of IT systems.
- Dynamic and proactive personality with excellent teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a structured and solution-driven manner.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual.
