Job Title: Centre Manager

The centre will be led with purpose in a purpose-built setting offering exceptional care for children aged 6 weeks through to school age. A collaborative approach is central to this role, where you'll partner closely with national leaders to shape engaging programs and champion quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower educators through strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to build a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Lead the centre with integrity, ensuring alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
  • Champion child-led learning programs that support every child's growth, wellbeing, and curiosity.
  • Build authentic relationships with children, families, staff, and the broader community, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of centre management, including enrolments, rostering, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma, Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and Child Safe Standards applicable to Victorian early childhood services.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer and documentation skills.
