This fire protection account manager role involves overseeing a diverse range of projects across Melbourne, working with various sectors and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts and sales while providing excellent customer service.
Key aspects of this job include:
- Managing existing and new business growth within a defined portfolio of accounts in the fire industry.
- Meeting and exceeding targeted revenue and profit targets in areas such as Inspection & Testing, Defect Rectification, Products, Certification, Training, and Minor Works.
- Creating and implementing Account Plans for major clients and accounts.
- Providing regular account/sales reports and periodic business forecasting.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications in the field of fire protection or a related discipline.
